Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Unity Cosmetics and to every distance contract concluded between Unity Cosmetics and the consumer. By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
Article 3 - Offer and prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Unity Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices. Obvious errors in prices or product descriptions are not binding.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but may differ from the actual product (for example due to colour differences between screens).
Article 4 - Order and contract
A contract is concluded the moment the consumer accepts the offer by placing an order and has met the associated conditions. The consumer receives confirmation of the order by email.
Unity Cosmetics has the right to refuse an order or to set additional conditions, for example in the event of suspected misuse or fraud.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering via one of the offered payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Klarna or Bancontact. Payments are securely processed by Mollie.
If payment is not made on time, the consumer is in default by operation of law. Unity Cosmetics reserves the right not to dispatch the order until full payment has been received.
Article 6 - Shipping and delivery
Unity Cosmetics aims to deliver orders within 2-5 werkdagen. Shipping is via PostNL with Track & Trace. Free shipping on orders from €50.
The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer on delivery. If the delivery address has been incorrectly entered by the consumer, the additional shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal (return)
The consumer has the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unopened and unused, in the original packaging
- Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- The consumer must announce the return in advance via [email protected]
- Return costs are at the consumer's expense
After receipt and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Article 8 - Product descriptions
Unity Cosmetics takes the greatest possible care over the accuracy of product descriptions, ingredient lists and images. Colours may differ due to screen settings. If you have any doubts about allergies or ingredients, we advise contacting us before use.
Article 9 - Liability
Unity Cosmetics is not liable for damage resulting from use of products contrary to the instructions for use or in the case of known allergies that were not disclosed in advance.
The total liability of Unity Cosmetics is in all cases limited to the amount of the order in question. Unity Cosmetics is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profits.
Article 10 - Privacy
Unity Cosmetics respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. See our full privacy policy for more information.
Article 11 - Complaints procedure
Complaints about products or services must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, via [email protected]. Unity Cosmetics aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
For unresolved disputes you can contact WebwinkelKeur: webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Unity Cosmetics is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur. For unresolved complaints the consumer may approach WebwinkelKeur for mediation.
Article 12 - Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Unity Cosmetics and the consumer. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 13 - Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
