Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking code as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery time: 2-5 werkdagen after receipt of payment. Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are shipped the same day.

Most orders are shipped via letter mail, so you don't need to be home to receive your package.

You can return a product when it is unused and undamaged. The product or product packaging must not be opened, and any seals must not be broken. The product must still be sellable for us.

For the return address: email us first at [email protected]. We'll confirm your return and reply with the address.

Return costs are at your own expense (approx. €7,25 per package). Once we receive the withdrawn product(s) in good order, you'll receive payment for the product(s), excluding any extra shipping costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method.

If you paid with a voucher, you'll receive an email with a Unity Cosmetics digital voucher worth the return value.

For hygienic products you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You'll then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7,25 per package.

For delivery addresses outside the EU, all shipments are sent DAP up to the border of the delivery address country according to the 2020 Incoterms. Under delivery agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes.

Not sure if a product is suitable for your skin? Samples are available for most products. This way you can first test the product on a small patch of skin before buying the full size.

We always recommend testing a new product first on the inside of your elbow and waiting 24 hours.

Note: samples cannot be returned.
