Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Even so, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged in transit or something else occurs that gives you grounds to claim warranty.
Under European law we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
When you discover, or should reasonably have discovered, a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is, in any case, two months. In some circumstances a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or a replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn't quite go as planned. We recommend you raise complaints with us first by emailing [email protected].
If this doesn't resolve it, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur: webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Reviews
We think it's important that reviews give the most accurate picture of our products and service. Our ratings are therefore managed impartially by WebwinkelKeur. WebwinkelKeur has put measures in place to guarantee the authenticity of reviews.
Our customers are not rewarded for writing reviews. No discounts or other gifts are given.
We hope you'll give us a chance to resolve any complaints first so that you can post a balanced review afterwards.
